Custom Metal Fabrication

At Viking Roofing, our experienced team can fabricate custom elements in our own metal shop to any specification. Using the RAS Turbo Bend Plus, we work metal with accuracy and consistency with CNC (Computer Numerical Control). We create custom flashings, moldings, chimney caps, cornices, copings and other metal work to match modern and historic architecture.

With custom metal work, you can be sure that all metal details truly fit your project both architecturally and structurally.

Viking’s work with historically important buildings has given the Viking team a sensitivity to the architecture of houses and commercial buildings as well. Viking’s custom metal work is enhancing the beauty of residences and buildings throughout New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont.

The benefits of custom metal work are especially evident around skylights and chimneys. A custom chimney cap, for example, helps your chimney to last longer, as it properly sheds water, ice and snow away from the chimney itself and off the roof. The closer each metal part fits; the less access water has to any part of your house.

Viking Roofing works with metals like stainless steel, aluminum and copper in sheets up to 10 feet long. Roofs with multiple pitches and many angle changes are no problem.

In addition to servicing our own projects, we also do custom work for other contractors. We have an extensive inventory of metal or can special order to your specifications. We can also work with metal that is supplied by you. If you have a project that requires custom sheet metal, give us a call today at 603.883.6642!

Library Gutter Cleaning

Commercial and Industrial Gutter & Downspout Cleaning

As a general rule, gutters should be cleaned twice a year, typically in the Fall and late Spring. Regular cleaning will eliminate debris buildup and allow gutters to operate effectively. Clogged gutters can add additional weight to a roof, resulting in unneeded pressure and wear and tear.

We have a dedicated service team available for gutter cleaning. Our professionals have been trained to do the job right.

Hoisting and Rigging

Snow Removal

Commercial Snow & Ice Removal

Removing snow and ice from your roof is a critical component to maintaining your roof. Even the newest and most durable roofs can experience structural problems and leakage due to snow & ice damage if problems are not addressed.

A professional roofing contractor can help ensure the job is done safely, especially since commercial roofs can be slippery. It's also important to use the right tools and the right products. Sharp tools should be avoided as they can puncture a roof and some products can also damage a roof. Therefore, it's best to use de-icing products and tools that are safe for roofs.

It's recommended that roofs be cleared when the load limit reaches 50% of its capacity, which could be as little as 6 inches of snow. The weight of the snow also needs to be considered as wet snow is a lot heavier than dry snow.

Viking Roofing, Inc. has a dedicated service team of professionals that can handle your snow and ice removal. We prioritize safety and our company is fully insured.
